F.P. Morgen Construkt Corp. is proud to provide Construction Management Services for the new warehouse facility of Globe International Distributors Center Inc., a modern industrial development located in Quezon City. Covering over 900 square meters of total floor area, the project is designed to support the company’s expanding operations for paints and waterproofing products distribution. Construction commenced in October 2025 and is scheduled for completion by June 2026. Designed by CADesign House as the project’s architectural and engineering consultant, the development highlights a modern and highly functional warehouse environment focused on operational efficiency, durability, and streamlined logistics. Goldkey Construction serves as the General Contractor for the project, working closely with all project stakeholders to ensure efficient site execution and delivery. As Construction Manager, F.P. Morgen Construkt Corp. oversees project coordination, quality control, cost management, and schedule execution — ensuring that the project is delivered with excellence, efficiency, and professionalism from start to finish.
