Enrique Moran is the President and CEO of F.P. Morgen Construkt Corporation, a fast-growing construction project management and realty development firm in the Philippines. With over 15 years of experience in property development, operations, sales and marketing, and project management, he has successfully led organizations through periods of growth, innovation, and the delivery of high-value projects. His leadership track record includes senior roles at PHINMA Properties and his current stewardship of the family’s investment arm, Grupo Moran Holdings.
Guided by a vision to build better lives through construction and development, Enrique blends professional expertise, business acumen, and an unwavering commitment to integrity and excellence. He works closely with private individuals, developers, and institutional partners to ensure projects are executed with precision and create lasting value—homes and developments built to endure for generations.

Director for Technical Services
Klaudine Anne D.J. Garcia
Klaudine Anne D.J. Garcia earned her Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the Mapúa Institute of Technology. She has over 11 years of combined experience in technical services, project delivery, construction operations, design coordination, preconstruction, quality management, and contract administration. Throughout her career, she has managed multidisciplinary teams and contributed to the delivery of residential, institutional, commercial, warehouse, fit-out, and design-and-build projects. Before joining F.P. Morgen Construkt Corp., she held key technical and project management roles with Design Coordinates, Inc. and Makati Development Corporation, where she worked closely with AyalaLand Hotels & Resorts Corp. on major development projects. As FPMCC’s Director for Technical Services, Klaudine is the heart and soul of the company’s operations team. She provides the leadership, structure, and technical discipline required to move projects from planning and mobilization through construction, turnover, and closeout. She oversees design and consultant coordination, project controls, project management, quality assurance, risk management, technical documentation, and client and contractor engagement. Her hands-on leadership and commitment to clear processes, accountability, and quality help ensure that every FPMCC project is managed and delivered with professionalism and care.
