Last July 17, 2026, F.P. Morgen Construkt Corp. (FPMCC) conducted its 3rd Quarter Team Building Activity at our Head Office, bringing together the entire organization—from our Construction Project Management teams to our Accounting, Finance, HR & Administration, and Design Services departments. The session was facilitated by our Consultant for Project Management and Development and centered on three principles that continue to guide the way we work: Communication, Coordination, and Consistency.
Through a series of discussions and team activities, everyone was reminded that successful projects are not built by individuals working in isolation, but by teams that communicate clearly, coordinate effectively, and consistently deliver on their responsibilities. With every department represented, the activity reinforced that each person's role—whether on-site or behind the scenes—contributes to the success of every project and every client we serve.
