F.P. Morgen Construkt Corp. (FPMCC) proudly celebrates a major milestone as it officially embarks on its first-ever Project Development Consultancy engagement through its partnership with Eastville Realty Corporation for the development of Casa Louise Village — a 50-unit affordable housing community located in Brgy. Tatala, Binangonan, Rizal.
The ceremonial groundbreaking was successfully held last April 24, 2026, attended by the management teams of Eastville Realty Corporation and FPMCC, formally signaling the beginning of a collaborative effort aimed at delivering quality and accessible homes to Filipino families.
Nestled within a 3,000-square-meter property, Casa Louise Village is envisioned as a thoughtfully planned residential community offering approximately 50 affordable housing units ranging from ₱2.5 Million to ₱4.5 Million. The development will feature 2-bedroom to 3-bedroom row houses designed to balance functionality, comfort, and value for future homeowners. Construction operations are scheduled to officially commence in June 2026, with project completion targeted by June 2028.
For FPMCC, this project represents more than just another engagement — it marks the company’s formal entry into the Project Development Consultancy sector, expanding its role beyond construction and project management into strategic real estate development support.
