About Us
In 1996, Architect Peter Moran envisioned creating development companies that would transform lives through innovative design and accessible housing. Alongside his wife, Fe, Arch. Peter turned this vision into reality with unwavering passion and dedication. Together, the husband-and-wife team built a good reputation in the building and design industry, overcoming the challenges of an ever-evolving trade and delivering exceptional results to clients across Metro Manila and the Philippines. Their legacy thrives through two cornerstone companies: Moran Architects + Partners, an architectural and engineering design studio renowned for its creativity and precision, and Eastville Realty Corporation, a developer focused on economic housing subdivisions that empower communities.
To address the growing needs of their design clients, the couple established F.P. Morgen Construkt Corporation (FPMCC) in 2017. Specializing in Construction Project Management (CPM), FPMCC is dedicated to delivering projects that align with clients’ visions, budgets, and timelines. With a commitment to integrity and excellence, FPMCC ensures every project enhances functionality and fosters sustainable growth, improving lives today for a better tomorrow.
Today, under the leadership of their son, Enrique M. Moran, President and CEO, FPMCC continues to grow towards being a trusted name in Construction Project Management in the Philippines. Enrique carries forward his parents’ vision, driving innovation and client satisfaction while building on the family’s legacy of building better lives through thoughtful design, development, and CPM Services.
